Congratulations on your Match at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center! This is an exciting time for you. As you prepare to move to Winston-Salem and purchase a home, we know many of you may have questions and concerns. We have provided the information on this page as a service to you and our out-going residents. All the homes listed on this page are homes of former residents.

We also compiled information that we found helpful when we moved here. The realtors have all previously worked with RSA members and understand the unique circumstances of residents and fellows. We also provide a listing of mortgage companies that provide resident loan, as well as real estate lawyers because you will need a closing attorney when you buy a home in North Carolina.

We know you will need lots of other information about Winston-Salem as you get to know the area.
